Sandra Jaeger is the lucky winner of last week’s giveaway, and this week she’ll be picking up her prize of one 12-ounce tin of my Triple Nut Spicy Chex mix. Congratulations, Sandra – I cannot wait to sprinkle you with some SarahBakes joy!
This week’s special prize is a duo of classic Norwegian Christmas cookies, featuring six Krumkake and six Pepperkaker Tomtes. These are some of my favorite holiday treats to make – the Krumkake is a generational favorite in my family, and it just wouldn’t be Christmas without it. And I can never get enough of these darling little Tomtes – plus, the pepperkaker (crispy Norwegian gingerbread) is just delicious.
This week’s contest closes at 5:30 PM on Friday, December 18, and to enter all you need to do is join my mailing list so that you can stay up to speed on what’s happening at SarahBakes. If you have already subscribed to my mailing list (and bravo, to you!), then you are automatically entered in each week’s giveaway contest.
Entries are limited to one per person, and each weekly winner will be removed from eligibility for the remainder of the giveaway period. The winner must be able to pick up their prize in Fargo, North Dakota (shipping is not an option).
You can join my mailing list by entering your email address in the box below and clicking “Sprinkle Me.” You will then be entered for all remaining December giveaways.
If you are not this week’s winner, you can still place a SarahBakes order for Krumkake and Pepperkaker Tomtes, both of which are available by the dozen and are also featured in my European Specialties Assortment (pictured below), along with Belgian Lukken and Swedish Spritz. I still have available space for holiday orders and would love to bake for you. To view my menu and place an order, just click on the “Place Your Order” button below.
Or, you can print a copy of my Krumkake and Pepperkaker recipes and make these Norwegian cookies in your own kitchen. Either way, I’ll be happy that you’re happy. And I know that whoever this week’s winner is will be *very* happy.
Well, time to get back to the cookies…good luck and happy baking!
