Sugar Cookie Cutouts are always one of our most popular items, and these charmingly sweet creations are no exception. My Easter Menu features two different sugar cookie options – one with royal icing and one with a generous swirl of lush buttercream frosting.
I am also delighted to introduce you to a collection of traditional Italian cookies, just like the kind you’d find in an Italian bakery. These are all available by the dozen or as an assortment.
In addition to our classic Italian Butter Sweets, our butter cookie collection has expanded to include sandwich cookies filled with raspberry jam, lemon curd or chocolate ganache.
Our Italian Rainbow Cookies feature colorful almond sponge cake layered with raspberry and apricot jam, and topped with Callebaut Belgian semi-sweet chocolate. Filled with gorgeous spring color and rich, almond flavor, these cookies are a hit whenever I serve them.

Our Easter menu features three beautiful cakes: Pistachio Pudding Bundt Cake, Sicilian Orange Coffee Cake and my Heavenly Angel Food Cake (a family favorite and one of my all-time favorite things to bake in the entire universe). Each cake is perfect for either brunch or dessert, or anytime you need a little pick me up.
Slices of the Pistachio Bundt Cake and Sicilian Orange Coffee Cake are included in our Miniature Pastries Brunch Assortment, which also features mini scones and muffins.
SarahBakes savory specialties are perfect for brunch and cocktails
Our frozen quiches were a big hit over Valentine’s Day, and they are the perfect option for an easy and delicious Easter or weekend brunch. Each quiche is made with a cream cheese egg custard base, three cheeses and an all-butter crust, with two different flavor options: Chicken and Artichoke or Ham, Spinach and Mushrooms. Each quiche is fully cooked and then frozen, so that all you need to do is reheat it in your oven, serve and enjoy.
Savory nibbles are one of my newest obsessions, and I am in love with these petite cocktail snacks. We have three options on our Easter Menu: Creole Cheddar Cocktail Cookies, Cheese Canape Wafers and Bite-Size Bacon, Blue Cheese and Chive Scones. Each are available in packs of 24, or as an assortment in small, medium or large options.
Spicy Triple Nut Chex Mix is another popular SarahBakes specialty, and it is back for the spring party season, available by the pound or half-pound. Featuring a bounty of roasted cashews, pecans and peanuts tossed in a spicy butter mixture with Chex cereals, bagel chips and pretzels, this snack mix is wildly addictive.
