Easter weekend is just a week away and it is time to prepare for one of my all-time favorite food traditions: Hot Cross Buns!
These homemade hot cross buns are just delightful, with a rich, spiced flavor, and beautiful texture that includes a lovely, firm crust encasing a thick, soft crumb inside. Dried cherries give the buns a bright punch of fruity tang and the vanilla glaze on top provides just the right touch of sweetness.
Orders must be placed by noon on Wednesday, March 31 with pick up times available April 1-3. These are a limited offering and available slots may be filled before Wednesday, so I encourage you to place your order today. I would love to bake a batch for you!
