Scones are one of my favorite pastries to bake. I love how the simple process of mixing butter, cream and flour together can produce the tender flakiness that defines the perfect scone.
I bake a lot of scones for my customers at SarahBakes, but there is nothing quite as delicious as a freshly baked scone, straight from the oven. The heavenly scent of rising pastry in oven is the perfect way to wake up your household with warmth and cheer. However, with the flurry of the holiday season now upon us, you may not feel that you have time to bake your own scones from scratch, but don’t worry – I have the perfect solution for you: SarahBakes Ready-to-Bake Frozen Scones.
Cold is king when it comes to making the flakiest scones, and I will do all the work so that all you have to do is take the scones from the freezer, pop them in the oven, and – voila! Perfect, home-baked scones in less than 20 minutes.

You can order your frozen scones now for availability, and this season we are featuring either Fresh Cranberry-Orange Scones or Cherry Chocolate Scones. Each batch yields 16 medium scones (my favorite size, because you get more of the wonderfully crispy exterior), and they are available now at our pre-sale price for $22 per batch through Friday, Dec. 3

Your ready-to-bake scones will come frozen and packaged in a plastic freezer bag and they may be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months before baking. When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 425 degrees, take out as many scones as you need, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush them with a bit of egg wash or milk, and bake them for 12 to 15 minutes until they’ve risen in size and have turned a lovely golden brown.
Baking is my passion, no matter where it happens, and I would love to help you bake up some beautiful scones in your very own home so place your order today. For my fellow home bakers, check out the links below to some of my favorite scone recipes. Enjoy !
