I would love to bake for you this holiday season and hope you enjoy my new Christmas Menu, which features favorites from the past: Decorated Sugar Cookies, Pepperkaker Tomtes, Krumkake, Italian Butter Sweets, Belgian Lukkens, Gingerbread Boys and Girls, Almond Toffee, Sun Brittle and Peppermint Bark. I also have a new Nordic specialty, the darling of this season, my Scandinavian Almond Cake.
If you wish to order any holiday quiches and scones, the deadline to place your order is Sunday, Dec. 4 at 5 PM, for pick-up on Tuesday, Dec. 6. I will let you know If I am able to offer these specialties again before Christmas, but for now this is the only time to order them until after Dec. 25. I have limited time to bake this season as it is my son’s senior year in high school and I want to spend as much time with him as possible. As a result, orders will be confirmed on a first-come basis, and I may not be able to accept some orders. The sooner you place your order, the better, as some items will sell out quickly and you will be placed on my waitlist. I greatly appreciate your understanding.
